for Rebate
Boston Mass September 6
A deciaion haa at last been
reached in tho interesting and
sensational wjJ case of the
ton and the will will be prob-
ated next Tuesday It i8
thought if decrees are issued on
Tuesdaj allowing both will and
codicil that au appeal will be
entered by the contestants
The history of this celebrated
case is more of less familiar
Its developments from time to
time revealed a life of wild
dissipation and reckless ex
iravagance on the part of the
testator who when a young
mated at l06u000 Upon
coming into this he atonce set-
out on a career of pleasure In
the early 80 she married Mis6
Nino K Hunt of New York a
beautiful young woman with
whom he appeared to be in-
fatuated After the birth of a
son in June 1888 the pair
separated HaytJo denied that
he was the father Of the child
but his denial is regarded as
having arisen from an wish to
injure Mrs Hnyes prestige
After the separation Hayes
went from bad to worse He
went abroad where he spent
money lavishly in riotous liv-
ing He returned from abroad
about seven years ago and was
summoned into court by his
wife on a suit for separate
maintenance As a result of
her during this trial he was
horsewhipped by Am Hayes
brothers but he repulsed theiii
with a shot from his revolver
He thereupon again went
abroad and traveled widely in
Europe Egypt and Turkey He
spent a winter at Monte Carlo
some time in Italy and some-
time in Paris but London
struck his fancy most While
there he met and became cap-
tive to the charms of Natalia
Bland alias Desmond whom
he brought to this eontitry in
1891 and took to his home in
Lexington He eodn returned
to Loudon however and piling
ing deeper than ever died there
early iu 1895
It is estimated that theest e

sideration of the great feindnoas
