Troubil and Hugo Schefcak, and Edi-
tor Morris, were present. The purpose of
the meeting was to go over some of
the reeommendations that the Publi-
cation Committee would make to the
by-law committee, which was also
meeting that same day in the Supreme
Lodge ofřices.
It was agreed to do away with the
Ist and 2nd columns of printed matter
on page 2 of the Ozech section, since it
was a needless duplication of what ap-
pears each week in the English section.
It was also agreed to accept the sug-
gestions of the Supreme Lodge fox’
changes on page 2 of the English sec-
tion, relating to the names of the Su-
preme Lodge officers, directors, dis-
trict organizers, and distriet youth
directors, and to include informatici!
about the coming conventiop on that
page.
The various proposals and recom-
mendations were presented orally by
the entire committee and editor to the
by-law committee that same day.
These proposals appeared in the Věst-
ník dated September 27, 1967, page 12.
There being no further business,
Sister Olexa adjourned the meeting ať
ent for their fraternal cooperation.
The annual pre-convention meeting of
the Publication Committee will be held
sometime in the early part of 1968.
Fraternally,
For The Publication Committee:
Hugo Schefcak, Sec’y.
