The Texas Spring Gala is this
Saturday, Apríl 1 at Flag Halí. Doors
open at 6 p.m. As of this writing, it is
my understanding that all of the tickets

overwhelming response. Items are still
being accepted for the silent auction
and will be most appreciated! If you
would like to donate an item or if you

Slovák (my daughter) made me a
proud grandma again. This makes
three! Hayley Marie was bom March 3
at 9:38 p.m. She weighs 7 pounds, two
ounces and is 19 inches long.

Lodge Karel Jonas will hold its next
monthly meeting, the fourth of the year
2000, on the second Sunday, the 9th of
April at 2 p.m. in the meeting room at
106 Leveridge Street. It will follow the
standard order of business with some
speciál reports.
A fraternal hour buffet luncheon
with regular faře is scheduled to start
after the business meeting.
Report of the March Meeting
The group present formed a com-
mittee of the whole and discussed
some items then adjoumed for the lun-
cheon and played dominoes. Sister
Blahuta won!
Youth member Jessica Kelner gave
this writer an edibie gift for his birth-
day which he thanks her very much!
