Apríl Meeting
Dear Members,
Lodge 32 met at Citizens National
Bank on Apríl 13th. Our guest speaker
was Bob Lothringer, brokerage and
investment representative from CNB.
We all enjoyed his presentation and thank
Adolf Motal, our FAC, for arranging the
program.
The District Six Spring Meeting in El
Campo - Hillje was well attended and an
overall success. The meeting went very
smoothly and the youth put on a great tal-
ent show. And, last, but not least, the
cooks in that part of the country are
excellent! Thanks for putting together a
great meeting. We also enjoyed having
Brothers Sidney Kacíř and Brian Vaniček
in attendance. Iťs always nice to háve
someone from the Home Office in our
midst and we appreciated them taking a
Sunday afternoon to be with us.
Stay tuned for details of an upcoming
cook-out at DuPont Park ... It was such a
success last year that we decided to do it
again ... Don’t miss it!
We will meet on Wednesday, May
llth at Citizens National Bank at 7:30
p.m. Joe Janak will be our guest speaker
and the topič of his program will be recy-
cling. This is something that all of us
should hear and be concerned about.
I hope that all of you mothers had a
very speciál and meaningful Mother’s
Day!
Fraternally,
Kathy Ahlstrom, Reportér

Dear Readers,
The April meeting of Lodge 47,

This meeting was in honor of our 50- and
75-year members and our 96-year-old

President Frank Klinkovsky called the
meeting to order at 2 p.m. After the pre-
sentation of the flags, he spoke briefly
about Mr. Bernie Gebala, who passed
away on March 8. He read a poem writ-
ten by Ruth Hanusch and we remained

After going through the regular busi-
