Lodge 202, Jourdanton is busy
planning to host the District Seven
Family Fun Day on September 9 at
the Longhorn Museum located in
Pleasanton on Highway 97 (2 1/2
miles east of Interstate 37). Please
RSVP.
Lunch consisting of turkey, dress-
ing and all the trimmings will be
served at noon for $3. To order plates,
please call your local secretary or
Bettie House at (830) 281-8246 by
September 4. Free soft drinks will be
available throughout the day.

Christmas Ornament Contest
(For Youth Members)
Kolache Contest
' (For Ages 18 or Older)
Non-professional. Kolaches musí be
made from scratch, using yeast dough
and made by the person entering,
Kolaches must consist of only one
type of filling — fruit or poppy seed.
Needlework Contest
(For Ages 18 or Older)
Made entirely by hand. Includes
embroidery, crocheting, knitting,
needlepoint, cross-stitch. May not re-
enter winning item.
Quilting Contest
(For Ages 18 or Older)
Hand-quHted entries only. Entries
must háve been made within the last
five years.
Progressive ”42" Tournament
(For Ages 16 or Older)
Horseshoes Tournament
(For Ages 16 or Older)
Dooř prizes and raffle prizes will be
awarded throughout the day. All
