CHAPTER LXXIX.
An Act to amend an Act entitled "An Act to provide for Districting
the State of Texas into Judicial Districts," approved
July 2d, 1870.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Texas, That the Twenty-first District shall be composed
of the counties of Austin, Colorado, Fort Bend and
Waller.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
Approved May 30th, 1873.
CHAPTER LXXX.
An-Act supplemental to an Act entitled "An Act to amend
the twenty-second section of an Act entitled 'An Act prescribing
the times of holding the District Courts in the
several Judicial Districts in the State,'" approved February
6, 1S71.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Texas, that the first section of said act shall hereafter
read as follows: Section first. The District Courts of
the Twenty-first Judicial District shall be held at the times
and places following, to-wit: In the county of Colorado on
the first Mondays in October, February and June, and may
continue in session four weeks; in the county of Fort Bend,
on the first Mondays in November, March and July, and may
continue in session three weeks; in the county of Austin, on
the fourth Mondays in November, March and July, and may
continue in session two weeks; in the county of Waller on
the second iMondays in December, April and August, and
may continue in session until the business is disposed of.
Sec. 2. That this act shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
