Jury In the case of Mrs Bradley was
completed this moming at 1130
oclock and the jurymen were ac-
cepted by both sides and have been
sworn in

The government charges that the
shooting of Senator Brown by Mrs
Bradley was deliberate and premedi-
tated and asks for a verdict of first
degree murder Three hotel employes
testified today concerning the arrival
of Mrs Bradley at the hotel and tak-
ing a room next to that occupied by
Senator Brown Mrs Bradley com-
pletely lost her composure today
while the witnesses were testifying
and was especially moved by the ex
hibtlon of the bullet found In the room
where Hie killing took place She
sobbed aloud several times while the
details of the shooting were being re-
cited
