that in nil probability an unexper-
ienced man would be placed in
this county and If so those who

quests coming from a quite a num
ber of citizens In the rural dis-
tricts and realizing that I am only
a representatives of the people and
all the people I reconsidered tbo
matter and cast the deciding vote
