Postage Stamps Make Millions Happy

CHICAGO — When the first
set of commemorative postage
stamps was issued here 77 years
ago—Jan. 2, 1893—to coincide
with the Chicago World’s Fair,
they created quite''a furore.

sary" stamps issued at govern-
ment expense!
