Convertible sold for
$265,000. We also had sev-
eral more cars sell after
Saturday.
“We will post the results
something this week, once
we get settled back to our
normal schedules.
Thursday Literary Club
met May 1st in the home of
Elaine Tompkins, with
Tracy Lynne and Denise
Chamberlain as co-host-
esses. Delicious refresh-
ments were served.
Members were encour-
aged to wear clothing that
might have been worn when
the club was founded in
1924.
President Sharon Brown
conducted a short business
meeting, and the members
did a show and tell of the his-
torical, antique or unusual
items they brought which
meant a lot to them.
