The North Star Homo Demonstra-
tion Club met March 2nd at the home
of Mrs. H. L. Decker. The club wa3
opened with the motto, prayer and
pledge. The president. Mrs. Blake
Campbell, was in charge. The pro-
gram fer the evening was a demon-
stration on making straight plackets
and belts by Mxs. Pearla Coffman.
Archer County home demonstration
agent. Mrs. Alvin Jentsch, Sr., was
elected as a nominee for the T. H. D.
A. district pitting. Mrs. Chas. Vogts-
berger, as alternate. The club will
have a benefit bingo party March 10.
This party is open to the public.
Beautiful prizes will be given the
winners.
The games fox the evening were
in charge of Mrs. John Sturm with
the prize going to Mrs. Hugo Horky.
The meetin- was adjourned with the
nex- meeting to be at the home Of
Mrs. Jeff Jones on March 16th.

City, visited last week with his moth-
er, Mrs. Chloe Hudson
