Fort Worth Man Confesses To
Plot Resulting In Two Deaths

U.R A complete confession of
the set-up plana to rob the
First Slate Bank of Polytech-
nic a subuib last Thursday
noon was given in a detailed
statement made early today to
members of the District Attor-
neys stnff by A P. Boyt.
Ooyt was charged late Wed-
nesday afternoon Jointly with
John Alsup former policeman
with murder In connection with
the slaying of Will Tate and
George Tertell negroes as they
emtrged from the doors of the
bank.
Alsup shot both of the ne-
groes dead with a sawed off
shotgun loaded with buckshot
and two .44 caliber pistols.
The statement was made to
District Attorney Hobeit Stu-
ait and Assistant Dlstilct At-
torney Hendrix Blown.
Boyt declaied in his state
ment that the tobbery had been
planned by Alsup. Follow.ng his
statement two otlur arrests
