the first Monday in May 1030 the
same being the 5th day of May
1P30 then and there to answer a
petition filed In said Court on the
3rd day of April 1930 in a suit
numbered on the docket of said
Court No. 9S01 wherein M. M. Lus-
by U Plaintiff and Rilla Lusby Is
Defendant said petition alleging as
follows:
That Plaintiff and Defendant
were married April 23rd 1926 that
Plaintiff during their married life
treated Defendant kindly and 'P-
portcd her; that in Sept. 1928 De-
fendant became enamoured of a
bootlegger. That In Oct. 1928 De-
fendant was found sleeping In same
room with said bootlegger and
and wluld give no explanation of
her conduct but admitted having
lived in adultery with said bootleg
ger before marriage' to plaintiff
and that she was herself a boot
legger. That In a few days alter
Bold admission Defendant ran
away with said bootlegger and has
not been heard from since. Plain-
tiff alleges both abandonment and
living In adultery with another and
cruel treatment as grounds for di-
vorce. Divorce alone 13 all of th relief
prayed for.
Herciu fall not but have you
before said Court at its aforesaid
next regular Term this writ with
your return thereon showing how
you have executed the same.
