January 1914 plaintiff was seized and
ased of the following real estate,
wit: Lots 5 and 6 in Blk. 482 in
the town of Aransas Pass, San Pat-
ricio Countv, Tei., holding the same

Years Statute of Limitation, and rep-

erty to one W. P. Orndorff; that by
deed dated the 4th day of June, A. D.
1894, the said W. P. Orndorff and wife,

ty to the defendant, A. N. Grisham;
that by reason of said deeds afore-
said, the defendants above named are
setting up claims to said property, the
exact nature of which plaintiff does
not know’, except in so far as the
claims under said deeds aforesaid
give the said defendants record title
to said land. But plaintiff represents
to the Court that he, claiming to have
good and perfect right and title to the
said property, to-wit: Lot 12, Block
3, Tier.“B” of the towrn of Portland,
San Patricio County, Texas, has had
and held peaceably the land claimed,
and)adverse possession of the same,
cultivating using and enjoying the
same, by an actual enclosure of said
land, for a period of more than ten
years after said defendants, or any of
them, acquired any claim whatever
thereto, and before the commence-
ment of this suit, and this he is ready

as designated by the county Commis-
sioners’ court by purchase or con-
demnation of all the land desired for
sea-wall and land for the sea-wall rec-
lamation district from the sea-wall to
bay shore tide line boundary of the
property abutting on the bay, and the
State hereby cedes to the county, for
such district, for reclamation and gen- *
eral uses of the district, the, titje to
bay shore lands in the district be-
tween the property tide line boundary
and the low tide line of the bay shore,
and any land in the reclamation

State for roads when the lands ad-
jacent were platted and sold, and the
county is given the right to dredge in
the bay or in the gulf for fill for the

proceedings to be as under the Stat-
utes for condemnation for railroads,
provided that the condemnation shall
vest title in fee in the county, and
county may issue bonds or other evid-
ence of district indebtedness for a
