tatives today adopted n reso-
lution opposing the appoint-
ment of a Federal oil dictatot
and ordered it sent to Presi-
dent Koosevelt.
The resolution recites that
the legislature already has In-
vestigated the oil business In
Texas and has come to the
conclusion that it will adjust
itself if left alone.
