Hard Fought Race
The race so far has been hard
fought, with the right spirit of
competition shown by each and ev-
ery worker. There has been no
hard feelings up to this time, as
each and every active worker has
been striving to maintain positions
at or near the top of the standing.
The management is exceedingly
proud of the candidates in this cam-
paign. While the number may not
be . so large, they have been fine
spirited throughout.
The News owners wish they had
a car for every worker in the cam-
paign, but were this true there
would not be much competition.-The
best workers will win the major
awards and they will be known Sat-
urday night.
It will take miltyqns of credits to
obtain the first grand award. The
candidates should leave no stone
unturned in order , to be sure they
have rounded up every subscription
