The following regulations have
been adopted by the State Ento-
V mologist in accordance with the
requirements of Section 2 of the
|f Foul Brood Law. otherwise
r known as Chapter 126 of the
* General Laws of Texas enacted
by the’Twenty-Eighth Legisla-
ture.
; These regulations are intended
to facilitate the work of foul
es of the inspectors assigned to

quarantined. These inspectors
are all practical, experienned
bkeepers themselves and
have the \ interests of the bee
men thoroughly at heart. The
inspectors are paid for their ser-
vices by State Entomologist’s of-
fice, and no charge is made by
them for advice, inspection of

bees shipped or moved into this
$tate shall be accompanied by a
certificate of inspection signed
by the State Entomologist or
State Foul Brood Inspector of
the state or country from which
shipped. Such certificate shall
certify to the apparent freedom
of the bees from contageous dis-
ease and must be based upon an
actual inspection of the bees
themselves within a period of
ninety days preceding date of
shipment. The shipper of such
