Miss Ava Russell has returned
from Belton where she has been
attending Baylor Female College
past year, and is spending the va-
cation season with her patents,
Judge and Mrs. J. C. Russell.
Work of railing tin- M. P. Cross-
ing on Sinton street is under way,
improving the crossing until they
'are level with the highway. Rails
are being laid between the track
lines, and asphalt is being filled in
to level the crossings.
R. C. Matthews of Mathis is tak-
ing the place of Oscar Bonnrden
while Mr. Bonorden enjoys a vaca-
tion.
