bers of the partnership firm of Brad-
shaw and Cory, formed under and by
virtue of certain articles of agree-
ment of date December 19th, 1925, re-
corded in Volume 142, page 58 of the
Deed Records of Coleman County,
Texas, have declared and by these
presents do declare the said partner-
ship terminated and fully -and finally
dissolved and have revoked and by
these present do revoke all power,
right and authority vested under the
terms of said instrument in the said
E. C. Bradshaw, and do hereby give
notice that the said E. C. Bradshaw
and the undersigned are no longer
partners in any business or property
