mercial Zoning in the following

“Being a tract of land lying
south of and adjacent to the pres-
ent Carrollton Highlands Shopping
Center and containing approxi-
mately 10 acres of land out of the
M. S. Pulliam Survey, Abstract
No. 1149, and beginning at the
southwest corner of the Carrollton
Shopping Center said point being
in the east line of Josey Lane.

point, said point being the south-
