In the Democratic precinct con-

Smith received the nomination
for jastioe of the peace by a hand-
some majority. Mr. Smith is well
qualified to fill the office and there

is certain. The convention was
one among the largest precinct
conventions ever held in Jacks-

ment to Mr. Smith to receive a
majority on the first ballot.

vomiting, first of the undigested
