maindermen who have taken

fendants being all of the liv-
ing children and grandchil-
dren of the plaintiff, N. W,

vis, Sr., deceased, so as to vest
in Lula- Horn, Mary Annie Da-
vis, Nathan William Davis,
Jr., and Jessie Mae Davis, each
an undivided (4th interest in
and to all of the minerals in,
Upon and under all lands de-
scribed above. That the judg-
ment of the District Court of
Jack County, Texas, Septem-
ber Term, A. D. 1926, which
construed the last will and
codicil of N. W. Davis, Sr., de-
ceased, be binding on all par-
ties hereto and that such con-
struction be now placed on
such will and codicil.
That the minerals under
such land be partitioned
through receivership at pri-
vate sale and the net proceeds
divided rateable between the
parties as their interests ap-
pear. In the event a receiver
be not appointed to sell such
minerals, then a trustee be ap-
pointed with power and au-
thority to execute an oil and
gas lease on all or any part
of the above described lands

The Antelope H. D. Club
met Wednesday, Feb. 9, at the
home of Mrs. R. L. Bonner, Jr.,
at the Warren Lease near An-
telope. Mrs. Sid White, Y. P.,
presided. Rollcall was an-

Mrs. Peterson gave a very
interesting talk on “How to

Friday, Feb. 11, the new
1949 Plymouths were shown to
the Northwest Texas Plymouth
dealers, salesmen and guests,
in Dallas.
The new cars will make their

WRECK VICTIMS
A number of people from
here attended the funerals of
the Hunter and James boys in
Chico last Thursday. They
were killed Monday night
when their motorcycle wrecked
with a car on the Chico-Bridge-
port Highway.
