Cisco Junior College's
registrar, Olin Odom, re
minds area residents that
registration will continue
through Friday, January
27 at the Cisco campus and
all offcampus locations.
Though there will be no
problem in registering as
late as January 27, Mr.
Odom urges those who
wish to take college cours-
es to register now in order
to begin attending classes.
Classes are presently in
session, and a minimum
amoung of missed time is
beneficial to the student.
Students may register at-
the main campus in Cisco,
at the Clyde Educational
Center, or at the Abilene
campus at anytime during
regular office hours, 8:00
a.in. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Thursday and 8:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday.

squads participated in the
Brady basketball tourney
last Saturday and captured
both championships.
The boys defeated
Brownwqod 37 31 and
Brady 49 38 to win the
boys' crown while the girls
disposed of Brownwood 35
14 and Brady, 40 14 to earn
the girls' title.
Coaches Collinsworth
and Childress mentioned
that the Blue Kittens' bal >'
anced scoring highlighted
their four victories at
Brady.
In the Blue Kittens’ 37-
31 victory over Brown
wood, Raul Hurtado solved
the cords for 15 while Mike
Nunez netted eight, Terry
Thompson six, Ernest
Stewart four and Clint
Walker bagged four.
In the title game, Stew
art led Kitten scorers with
15 while Hurtado and Nun-
ez each had 11. Walker
added six, Bryant Brown
five and Kelly Jeffreys one
to complete the scoring.
The girls opened with a
35-14 win over Brown
wood as Melissa Boyland
bagged 16 markers. Holly
Brown managed five points
while Tracey Brown had
four, Christy George four,
Lorri Watson four and
Melinda Boyland had two.
In the championship
game, George led the Blue
Kittens with 10 points
while the Boyland girls had
six points each. Lorri Wat
son and Holly Brown each
had four while Tracey
Brown, Cindy Dela Rosa,
Linda Harper, Tavia Crum
pier and Shawnna Harmes
had two points apiece.

games last night at Brady
will be carried in Thurs
day’s Chronicle.
