That those portions
of 10th Street running
North and South from
the intersection of West
College and 10 Street
for a distance of 75 feet
from the Northeast
corner of a tract
described in Volume
230, Page 112 of the
Jack County Deed
Records, thence East-
ward for a distance of
20 feet, more or less, to a
corner, thence South 75
feet to the North
boundary line of
College Street, thence
West, more or less, to
the East boundary line
of said tract of land
described in Volume
230, Page 112 of the
Jack County Deed
Records; and thence
North 75 feet, more or
less, to the place of
beginning, being a
portion of land out of
Block 2 of the Leon
Blum Addition to the
City of Jacksboro, be
and the same, it is
hereby closed, aban-
doned and permanent-
ly vacated as a street or
alley or public thor-
oughfare of any kind or
character whatsoever.
Section 2.
That the fee to the
land in the above
described portions of
said alley-way or street
(and as shown on
Exhibit "A” attached
hereto) is hereby
released and will revert
to the adjacent owner
as provided by law, in
such a way to return the
West half of the side of
said alley or street and
to return the East half
of said alley or street to
those property owners
adjacent to the alley or
street on the East, save
and except that ease-
ments are reserved for
any and all existing

Section 3.
That the property
herein vacated, aban-
