son was the owner of 105 acres of land I
out of the Wm. Benton survey, Ab- i

264 of Milam County Deed Records,
and ln deed to C. G. W. Cline, record-
ed in Book 182 pg 11 of Milam County
Deed Records, to each of which refer-
ence Is made for description, and
which land Is located about sixteen
(16) miles Southeast of Cameron ln
Milam County, Texas. That the land
has previously been owned by the de-
fendants; that the taxes for the years
1927 to 1942 were duly assessed and
levied against the lands and the de-
fendants in the name of the unknown
owners. That at the request of J. G.
Thompson the plaintiff took up and
paid off said taxes in the amount of
Three Hundred Twenty-eight and 47-
100 ($328.47) Dollars, and the taxes
and tax lien were duly assigned and
transferred by the County Tax Collec-
tor officially, to plaintiff, and plaintiff
brings this suit to foreclose hts tax
lien against each and all of the par-
ties, The defendant J. G. Thompson
files crc**-actl©n against all other de-
i fendant* in trespass to try title for
(.said lands, alleging that he is the
> owner thereof, and prays lor judg-
ment for the title and poacaslcn, ad-
! mltting that the taxes are due to
| plaintiff.
Plaintiff prays for Judgment for the
amount cf the taxes, including prin-
cipal, interest and attorney fee.1, fore-
closure of tax lien, and for order of
sale.
