of SmithviUe has been arrested for
threatening SmithviUe Police Chief
Kevin Madison and it’s a third
degree felony. Rogers was arrest-
ed at his office in Austin and
released on a personal bond. The

came after Rogers’ daughter was
arrested Oct. 25 and charged With
