their home In Talpa. where Mr.

Mrs. H. B. Thompson, who before
her marraige was Miss Dorothy
Baxter, has been named honor guest
at, a number of parties recently.
Mrs. Thompson is a daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Ed Baxter of Santa Anna
and is a nelee of Mrs. L. L. Shield
of this city.

Wednesday afternoon of last week
Mrs. William R. Mulroy entertain-
ed with a miscessaneous shower hon-
oring Mrs. H. B. Thompson, who

Guthrie. A wedding with little Bil-
lie Ross as groom and Alice Annie
as bride was very impressive. The
little bride wore a lace veil with
orange wreaths and carried a bou-
quet of pink rosebuds.
