Description

Photograph of a Christmas card probably sent to friends by Albert and Mamie George. Black text on card reads: "Seasons Greetings from our house to your house". A photograph of the Nancy Jones oak tree planted in 1824 by Nancy Jones is at the top of the card. The tree is the focal point in the George Ranch house yard photo. Also seen in the photograph is a wooden picnic table with two benches beside it, wooden fence on left, small pump house building with storage tank near center, wire fence with long white building on other side; and smaller oak trees. A drawing at bottom of the card depicts a winter indoor scene: table with book, wooden chair, fireplace with roaring fire, mantle with candles and greenery, and an upholstered chair. Stamped on back in black: "005Y". Card has scalloped edging.
