Gerald (Jerry) Jones and Rae Jones along with their children Philip and Shelly have found a perma-
nent home for their business, Wylie Locksmith. Trophies of Rae, a new business featuring trophies,
plaques and ribbons,will also occupy the same building. The ribbon cutting and dedication was
held Wednesday, November 16 with many friends, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce
and other dignitaries present.

permanent home for their
business enterprises.
Although Jerry has been in
the locksmith business for
ten years in Wylie, he has
primarily operated in a
mobile unit familiar to most
Wylieites.

sign. The building they oc-
cupy is owned by Mrs.
Sachse, now of Garland,
whose father once operated a
service station there in the
early 1930’s.
In addition to providing
locksmith services for the
Wylie area, the Jones also of-
fer a new business. Rae has
opened a trophy shop, which
for the first time allows peo-
ple in Wylie the opportunity
to purchase trophies, plaques,
ribbons or certificates locally.
They will also feature
Watkins products in their
new shop.
Their goal or intent is to of-
fer a fair price for a quality
product.
