Honoring Business Women

Business women’s week was
celebrated in Coleman Tuesday
night with a party given by the
local Business and Professional
Women's Club for business wom-
en of the area.
~Held at the Recreation Build-
ing on Ihe Rodeo Grounds, the
party was in the form of a ' Ro-
deo Round-Up", with calf-roping,
calf-judging and flag racing as
amusing feature of the evening.
Mrs. Marcus Durham, pro-
gram chairman, was overall
chairman, with Mrs. George Gar-
rett in charge of the party, as-
sisted by Mrs. M. J.—Brannon,
Mrs. C W. Simpson, Mrs, Nita
Caskey, Mrs. Gallic Layton, Mrs,

The program consisted of sev-
eral songs by Mrs. Thelma

number, following which Miss
Marlene Wilson performed a ro-
deo tap dance.
