HD Club answered roll call with
“Signs Of Spring.” at the meet-
ing held-jn the home of Mrs. C. |
B. Mosetey on Friday afternoon,
with Mrs. Kay Anderson as co-
hostess.
The meeting had opened with
the group singing “America," led
by Mrs. Floyd Jameson. Mrs. R.
T.xRansberger led the opening
praydr, and Mrs. Clyde Larance j
presided.
Mrs. Paul Riddle, program
chairman, introduced Mrs. Floyd
Jameson and Mrs. Maynard
Gaines, who presented the pro-
gram for the day. .Mrs. R. T.
Ransberger also spoke to the
group on “Mental Health." Dur-
ing the business session the
Council report was.given by Mrs.
Alma Brown. Members also dis-
played handiwork.
Recreation was led during the
Social hour by Mrs. Jameson.

Mrs. John Berry was hostess
for the Thursday, March 21 meet-
ing of the Go6d Neighbor HD
Club, at which time Mrs. Clifford
Stevens presided. One new mem-
ber, -Mrs. James Bridges,
introduced at the meeting.
Mrs. Glen Thomas led the
creed, after which regular reports
were given. During the business
session the group voted to hold
a bake sale on Wednesday, March
27. The sale will be held in the
“M” System Food Store. Council
report was given by Mrs. Melvin
Snider, and it was announced
that the next meeting of the club
will be held op April 4, with
Mrs. Al Chambers as hostess.
Program for the day was giv-
en by Mrs. Glen Wilson, who
reviewed the book, “The Recov-
ery of Family Life," by Elton
and Pauline Trueblood.
