Bands Participate
In Fall Festival
LOCALS
Thirty-three class A and 15
bands have been invited to parti-
cipate in the first annual Fall
Festival ta...be held in Coleman
on Sept. 28th-29th and 30th.
The parade will start each af-
ternoon at" 3 with a marching
contest at. the fair grounds at
5 p. m.
Three out of town judges will
be chosen to judge the bands itnd
prizes will be given to the three
first place winners. First prize
will be a trophy and $100.00, the
second prize will .be a trophy and
$25.00 and the third’ place will be
a trophy.
Band? invited to participate in-
clude the Stephenville, Eastland.
Dubliw^ DeLeon, Commanehe.
Cisco, Cross Plains. Baird, Santa
Anna, Brady, Ballinger, Winters,
LakeView, San Saba, Mason, Mo-
zelle. Merkel, .Bangs, Anson,

Bronte, Llano, Lampasas, Ham-
lin, Richland Springs, Gorman
