Singles Scene
Special congratulations are due Mr. and Mrs. Morris
Leiman, 7919 Meadow Park Drive, who will celebrate
their Golden Wedding Anniversary this Saturday,
September 3, with a champagne luncheon which will be
held at Brookhaven Country Club. The Leimans will he
honored by their children, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Sturman,
Richardson; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Webberman, Pine Bluff,
Ark.; and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Leiman of Dallas. Morris
Leiman, who has been a Dallas resident for over fifty
years, has been extremely active in community and civic
affairs. He is a former president of the Hebrew Free
Loan Association, past president of the Jonathan Social
Club, on the board of Congregation Tiferet Israel
Brotherhood, a Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite,
and an Ambassador of the Shrine. Over two hundred
guests plan to attend the simeha for which invitations
have been issued.

Brunch and Clean Up
Shower was hosted by Mrs.
Ida Kutcher at her home.
Mrs. Frances Levene and
Mrs. Toby Passes enter-

Room. A luncheon given by
Miss Linda Seidenberg on
August 15 was held at Ports
O’ Call Restaurant.' Mrs.
Naomi Sherp hosted a
Luncheon at her home on
August 17. On August 31,
the couple was entertained
at the Country Dinner

Mesdames Harold Good-
man, Leo Edelman, and
Fred Reisberg. On Septem-
ber 1, Mrs. Bernice Shan-

Barbecue Dinner held on
September 1, was given by
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer,
sister and brother-in-law of
the bride. Mrs. Jean Stur-

September 2 at the Lan-
cer’s Club. The Shabbos
Dinner will be held this
evening at the home of the
bride’s parents. Alan J.
Rubin, brother of the bride,

Saturday, Sept. 3, at the
Holiday Inn North. The
Rehearsal Dinner, which
will be given by the groom’s
parents will be held Satur-
day evening at the Marriott
Inn North. A Sunday morn-
ing Wedding Day Bruch will

Mrs. Irving Brodsky at the
