than at Ceasar’s Palace listening to and watching the
legendary Frank Sinatra. Mrs. Beck Setzer of Jacksonville,
FI. was treated to such a surprise happening by her
daughters left to right Beverly Budman, Merle Hacker,
Sandra Cotter and Rhonda Taub [who did not attend]. Mrs.
Setzer was a Dallas visitor for several weeks in addition to
her three-day celebration in Las Vegas. She is the
grandmother of Stacy and Marc Cotter, University of
Texas, Austin, students; Bradley Hacker, Dallas; Deborah
Hacker, UT Austin student; Howard Hacker, a student at
St. Marks; Hilarie Budman, Westwood Jr. High School

JERUSALEM [JTA] -
Israel is among the 10
Western nations where in-
fant mortality is at a
minimum, according to Prof.
Baruch Modan, director gen-
eral of the Health Ministry.
When Israel was established
in 1948, there were 50
deaths for every 1,000
births. Presently, there are
only 10 deaths per 1,000
births.
