sat smack in the middle of the
basket of eggs.
“It wasn’t as serious as we at
first thought*” Mrs. ghlrley said.
“Only 14 eggs were broken and
we all got a big laugh out of it
later.”

fall and the colony caged house is
filled to capacity with 1049 hens,
the hem will give their best pro-
duction for about an eighteen-
month# period. At this tlRie the
Shirleys plan to build another
house with the same capacity.
