ins reflect case Investigation headings and don't necessarily reflect charges
filed. DWI charges require intoxilyzer readings of at least .10 percent or
refusal to submit to an intoxilyzer test.
SATURDAY DECEMBER 11
1:04 a.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Henry Wayne
Tillery, 45, of Arlington was prrested in the 200 block of N.W. Renfro for
driving while intoxicated. Tillery was driving a gold 1971 Buick LeSabre at
the time. ^

12:05 a.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Cliff Allen
Sanders, 40, was arrested in the 1100 block of East Renfro for driving while
intoxicated. Sanders was driving a blue 1989 Chevrolet pickup at the time.
SATURDAY DECEMBER 18
3:17 a.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. ReneChavera,
23, of Cleburne was arrested in the 3400 block of S.W. Wilshire for driving
while intoxicated. Chavera was driving a blue 1983 Chevrolet Cavalier at the
time.
3:54 p.m. BOOKING—FAMILY VIOLENCE/ASSAULT; TCSO WAR-
RANT. A 25-year-old Burleson man was arrested at his home for family
violcnce/assault and a Tarrant County warrant.
SUNDAY DECEMBER 19
4:40 a.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (2nd). Jeffrey
Scott Vandersaul, 22, of Joshua was arrested in the 2400 block of S.W.
Wilshire for driving while intoxicated. This was the second one. Vandersaul
was driving a tan and white 1975 Chevrolet El Camino at the time.
MONDAY DECEMBER 20
8:12 p.m. CUSTODY—FAMILY VIOLENCE/ASSAULT. A 15-year-old
Burleson girl was taken into custody in the 900 Mock of 1-35 for family
violcnce/assault
TUESDAY DECEMBER 21
6:25 p.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Kenneth Lee
Shane, 28, of Burleson was arrested in the 200 block of N.E. Wilshire for
driving while intoxicated. Shane was driving a gray 1987 Nissan pickup at the
time.
FRIDAY DECEMBER 22
11:36 a.m. BOOKING—UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VE-
HICLE WARRANT. Burleson police officers picked up an 18-year-old
Burleson woman at the Tarrant County jail on an unauthorized use of a motor
vehicle warriuit.
11:38 p.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (2nd). Roy
Gene Henderson, 51, of Joshua was arrested in the400block of S.W. Wilshire
for driving while intoxicated. Henderson was driving a gray and black 1984
Chevrolet pickup at the time.
THURSDAY DECEMBER 23
8:55 p.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Juan S.
Mosqueda, 21, of Fort Worth was arrested in the 500 block ofNE. Wilshire
for driving while intoxicated. Mosqueda was driving a white 1985 Ford
Crown Victoria at the time.
9:45 p.m. BOOKING—PUBLIC INTOXICATION. A 30-year-old Bryan

intoxication.
11:40 p.m. BOOKING—PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT. A 36-year-
old Burleson man was arrested at his home in the 200 block of Lawson far a
parole violation warrant
11:40 p.m. BOOKING—JCSO WARRANT FOR MOTION TO REVOKE/
DWI. A 38-year-old Burleson Man was arrested in the 200 block of Lawson
for a Johnson County warrant for a motion to rcvoke/DWI.
SUNDAY DECEMBER 26
1:47 a.m. BOOKING—FAMILY VIOLENCE/ASSAULT. A 22-year-old
Burieson man was arrested at a residence for family violence/assault
MONDAY DECEMBER 27
11:52 p.m. BOOKING—PUBLIC INTOXICATION. A 21-year-old Joshua
man was arrested in the 500 block of S.E. Gardens for public intoxication and
disorderly conduct
TUESDAY DECEMBER 28
2:31 a.m. BOOKING—DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Pamela Diane
Hill, 29, of Crowley was arrested in the 900 block of N.E. Burleson Blvd., for
I driving while intoxicated. Hill was driving a black 1992 Ford Escort when she
was arrested.
3:32 a.m. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF ($200-$750). The windshield on a tan
1977 Ford truck parked at Bnnsom's grocery was damaged.
7:59 a.m. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF ($200-$750). The window of a 1991
Plymouth van that was parked in the drivewdy of a residence in the600block
of Evelyn was damaged.
10:40 a.m. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF ($750-$20,000). The motor on a blue
1989 Ford pickup was irreparably damaged. The repair person said a bolt had
been dropped into the motor.
'3:50 p.m. BOOKING—AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFI-
CER; EVADING ARREST. Heath Dennis Whitmire, 17, of Burleson was
arrested just south of Chisenhall Park for aggravated assault on a peace officer
and evading arrest

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 29
5:25 p.m. DEATH INVESTIGATION. A 68-year-old man was found dead
in his home. Officers forced the door open on the house after a babysitter
returned to drop off a daughter and could get no response. There was no sign
of foul play in the death.
7:13 p.m. THEFT ($20-5200). A CB antenna was taken from the tool box of
a blue 1987 Ford pickup parked ih the 300 block of S.W. Thomas.
11:56 p.m. THEFT (less than $20). A male suspect took two six-packs of beer
