An Ordinance amending the Cede
of Ordinance*, Chapter 6, Section
6-79, "Territorial Applicability", de-
leting the enforcement provision*
in prohibiting fireworks 5,000 feet
outside the city limits; providing a
repealer clause; a severability
clause; a penalty clause; and an
effective date clause.
Be it ordained by the City Council
of the City of Burleson, Texasi
Section 1,
That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6,
is hereby amended in Section 6-79, as
follows:
"Section 6-79. Territorial Applicability.
The provisions of this division shall be
applicable within the corporate limits of
the City ol Burleson."
j. Section 4
Any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or re-
fuses to comply with or who resists the
enforcement of any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be lined not more than
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each
offense. Each day that a violation is
permitted to exist shall constitute a sepa-
rate offense.
