Six BJHS students were selected for 1992-
1993 All-Region Junior High School Band
Six Pauline Hughes Junior High
School students were selected, by
audition, to the 1992-1993 All-Re-
gion Junior High School Band.
The students are Alisen Brad-
shaw, flute; Amanda Horton, clari-
net; Kelly Fielding, flute; Adrienne
Manning, trumpet; Kelley Moss,
trumpet; and Brandi Browning, clari-
ent.
The six junior high school stu-
dents performed in concert at Ste-
phenville High School on Saturday,
Dec. 5. Fred Allen, director of bands
at Abilene Christian University, and
Mike Devenport, director of bands at
Baird High School, conducted the
All-Region Band. The musical selec-
tions included "Regenesis" by Hig-
gins, "Snakes" by Duffy, "Early
English Suite" by Duncombe, and
"Prologue" from "Hook" arranged
by Code.
On the local level, the students
are directed by Burleson Junior High
School Directors David Bellows,
Kristen McDonald, and Steve Miller.

All-Region
Six Burleson Junior High School students were selected for the 1992-
1993 All-Region Junior High School Band. They are (firont, l-r) Alisen
Bradshaw, flute, and Amanda Horton, clarinet; and (back, I-r) Kelly
Fielding on flute, Adrienne Manning on trumpet, Kelley Moss on
clarinet, and Brandi Browning on clarinet.

enjoyed an evening of Christmas fun,
food, and games at the home of the
club president, Darlene Kurtz, on Dec.
15. The group was joined by several
guests from the area plus one long
. distance guest.
The evening began with a dinner
hosted by Vera Calvin, Jean Fran-
Cooper—Jamison
Mr. and Mrs. Tony Cooper of Keene are announcing the engagement and
approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelli Louise Cooper, io Bryan
Arrington Jamison, son of Harvie R. Jamison of Coppell and Helen Jamison
of Burleson.
The wedding is planned for Sunday, May 23,1993, at 4 p.m. at Keene
Seventh-day Adventist Church.
The future bride attended Southwestern Adventist College and is em-
klin, Brenda Coulter, Dorothy Pierce,
and Kurtz. A brief business meeting
was conducted following the dinner.
The night concluded with a Christ-
mas game and the stay of Mary's
conception and the birth of Jesus.
AlloftheBPW members wish to

working women. The group meets on
the fourth Tuesday of each monfh at .

Ruben Vigil of Preferred Properties of Burleson (c) congratulated the
students of the month for November and December. The honorees are (1-
r) seventh graders Roy Hampton and Jennifer Barnes (November stu-
dents of the month), Vigil, and ninth graders Krista Chamberlain and
Daniel Zarlson (December honorees). All four students attend Burleson
Junior High School.

available basis. You can request a certain paper and well do our best
to accommodate you. There are no guarantees on when something will
