will regret to learn of his ill-
ness in a Leirion hospital. Mr.
Rudasill was moved to Legion
vesterdav from his home ill
Dallas where he suffered an
attack of pneumonia. Aubrey
is one of our home boys and is
the son of Mrs. J. W. Rudasill
of this city. We trust for him
a speedy recovery.

Doug Mitchell former resident
of this section at his home in
Smithville. Mr. Mitchell was a
cousin of J. E. Montgomery of
Bartlett. He had been a mail
carrier for 25 years going from
Georgetown to Smithville some
time ago. His death occured as
file result nf a heart attack and
he was stricken while at his post
of duty 10 miles trom smitn-
vil e. Knriiil was at Florence.

one daughter. Those attending
the funeral from here were
Fred Edgar and Walter Mont
gomery and Mrs. Geo. Montgom
ery.
