of 42 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default

PETITION filed by CHARLES HAGGARD, ALMARYNE ROB-
ERTS THOMPSON, JUDY ALEXANDER, TOBERT HAG-
GARD, JOVEDA FAYE DAVIS, LUCILLE GARNER, WILLIE

JUDY ALEXANDER, ROBERT HAGGARD, JOVEDA FAYE
DAVIS, LUCILLE GARNER, WILLIE HODGES, MRS. BILL
MIRIKE AND ROBERT ROBERTS vs. DALE MCKOWN,
JAMES MIRIKE AND CHARLES ROBERTS The suit requests
that this Court make the appropriate Orders for the process of
determining an appropriate partition of the property amongst the
interests holders of the same as are appropriate pursuant to Section
523 of the Texas Property Code. Plaintiffs believe that the property,
with the description of Blocks 4 & 5 out of the George Addison
Suivey, A-21, Erath County, Texas, is not susceptible to partition in
kind and therefore a sale is necessary.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiffs pray that the
Court make such Orders as they are appropriate for making the
determination of the partition interest on behalf of the interest holders
in the property involved in this cause of action, that the Court make
an award of partition and/or an award appropriate for sale, whichever,
is beneficial to the interest holders, necessary and reasonable
attorney's fee, and for such other and further reliel, both in law and in
equity to which Plaintiffs are entitled to receive and will ever pray.
Issued and given under my hand and seal of the Court at
