Last week “The Dublin FTogress”
ran the Dublin Riding Club will start
its program June 9. This was an er-
ror. Instead, it will start June 19.
“The Dublin Progress” regrets any
incovenience caused by the error.
The Annual Keith Reunion will be
this Saturday June 20th in the
“Heizer Building” by the First
Methodist Church in Dublin. All
descendants of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Steve Keith, Sr. are urged to attend.
Johnnie and Irene Wilson returned
to their home last Monday afternoon
after spending a week vacationing
with her brother, Edward Lee and
Ruth Ross, of Oklahoma City, Okla.
They all left Oklahoma City on June
1 for a week in Memphis, and
Nashville Tennessee and points in
between. They saw the Grand Ole
Opra on Friday night but were disap-
pointed that Minnie Pearl wasn’t
there. They enjoyed the trip but were
happy to be at home.
Bro. Lonnie Collier, his wife and
daughters of Wichita Falls were
visitors at the Highland Baptist
Church, Sunday morning and Bro.
Collier was the morning speaker.
Bro. A1 Locke of Dublin was the
evening speaker while the pastor,
David Locke, is in a revival at
Gatesville.
There were in the neighborhood of
20 to 25 young people met at the
Highland Baptist Church and travell-
ed to Stephenville Friday night where
they enjoyed a bowling party.
Robert and Karen Keith and boys
are returning home Tuesday after
spending a week visiting with
Karen’s grandmother in Ohio.
Darlene Fair of Columbus, Shelly
Fair, Deborah and Kayci of Stephen-
ville were visitors at the Round Grove
Baptist Church Sunday.
Johnnie and Irene Wilson attended
the Annual Huckabay Reunion Satur-
day night.
Judy James and Irene Wilson at-
tended the Comyn Baptist Church An-
niversary Sunday afternoon and
helped with the singing.
Sorry to report that Jody James
has a bad case of Chicken Pox. He
suffered with asthma the first of the
week and now Chicken Pox. We all
wiah you a speedy recovery.
Mrs. May Walls and daughter Ann
Keeae of Dublin gave the Home
Demonstration program for the
Highland Club Thursday night at the
Highland Baptist Church. There were
several in attendance
Progress Report
Proctor Baptist Church are in
the progress of Vacation Bible
School this week. The Bible
School begins at 9:15 a.m. and
lasts until 11:30 a.m. The last day
will be this Friday.
The children, pre-school
through junior high ages, have
been working on choruses, pup-
