I. P. Stern, Alexander Lacy, the un-
known heirs of Alexander Lacy, R.
J. German, the unknown heirs of R.
J. German, Mrs. Lee Price, the un-
known heirs of Mrs. Lee Price, Mary
Webster and her husband, Willie
Webster, Arthur Price, Katie J. An-
derson, the unknown heirs of Katie
J. Anderson, Hershell Anderson, Lu-
cile Anderson Neugent, and her un-
known husband, and Elizabeth K. Bur-
ford and her husban, M. M. Burford,
and the unknown heirs of Elizabeth
K. Burford, by making publication of
this Citation once in each week for
four successive weeks previous to the
return day hereof, in some newspap-
er in your County, if there be a news-
paper published theren, but if not,
then in the nearest County where a
newspaper is published, to appear at

Texas, about 16 miles northwest from
city of Mt. Pleasant, beginning at
northeast corner of block No. 4, set
apart to katie J. Anderson, in par-
tition among the heirs of R. J. Ger-
mans, thence north 460 varas, the
southeast corner of a tract of land
once owned by E. Buford; thence
West 918 varas the West boundary
line of said survey; Thence South 250
varas a stake; Thence East 320 vai*as
a stake; Thence North 50 varas a
stake Thence East 598 varas to the
beginning, and being the Fast half
oi said tract of land.
Plaintiff prays for title and pos-
session of said land, and cost of suit.
Herein fail not, and have you before
said Court, at its aforesaid next reg-
ular term, this writ with your re- ]
turn thereon, showing how you have
executed the same.

lightful atmosphere and background
for the program, which consisted of
numbers by Misses Tillie Lilienstern,
Ollie Mae Combs, Ruth Driggers, Sa-
rah Vandiver, Faye Driggers, Mary
Lou Cargile, Francis Vandiver, Syble
Garrett, Montie Alice Garrett, Doris
Combs and Ruth Vandiver.
The audience was most enthusias-
tic in praising both Mrs. Tabb and
these young musicians who deserve
much credit for the well rendered
numbers of advanced music, and are
most worthy of their art as well as
their instructor. They were at their
best on this occasion, and each ren-
dition was most appreciative as shown
by the hearty applause each number
received.
