sweetheart banquets in Ennis.
Members of the Lions (Tub
will honor t heir sweet hearts at
a banquet on February 13 at
which time the Outstanding Ci-
tizen of the Year will be award-
ed.
Preparation is underway a t
Tabernacle Baptist Church for
the annual Sweetheart Banquet
for the youth. This year's event
will be held on Valentine Day.

Highlight of the Ennis High
School Band's Sweetheart Ban-
quet February 15 will be the
naming of the new band sweet-
heart.

1 egg yolk, slightly beaten I teaspoon vanilla
cup milk 1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled
i Sweetened whipped cream
Mix gelatin, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler Blend in er.g
yolk and milk. Add chocolate. Cook and stir over boiling wafer
until chocolate is melted. Remove- from U at Beat w ith egg beater
until well blended. Chill until thickened Fold in whipped' evap-
orated milk and vanilla. Pile into baked pie shell. Chill Dccoiat*
with whipped cream in snowman design.
