Christian Science
How righteous thoughts and ac-
tions lead to lasting health and
happiness will be brought out at
Christian Science services Sunday
in the Lesson-Sermon entitled "Re-
ality.”
Scripture selections to be read
include Paul’s advice to the Philip-
pians (4:8): “Finally, brethren,
whatsoever tilings are true, what*
soever things are nonest, whatso-
ever things are just, whatsoever
tilings are pure, whatsoever tilings
are lovely, whatsoever things are
of good report; if‘there be any
virtue, and if there by any praise,
think on these things.”
Correlative passages to he read
from “Science and Health with
key to tin* Scriptures" by Mary
(Baker Eddy will include the fol-
low ing (261:4): “Hold thought
steadfastly to the enduring, the
good, and the true, and you will
bring these into your experience
proportionally to their occupancy
of your thoughts.”
The Golden Text is from Jere-
miah (51:10*: The Lord hath
brought forth our lighteouness:
to return to Ennis on [ come, and let us declare in Zion the

What is education hut a broadening of
man's knowledge, enabling him to live a bet-
ter life? Education is like a doorway leading
to the fulfillment of dreams and ambitions.
Beyond it lies the vast chamber of the mind,
and scientists know that in a lifetime most
men develop only a small part of their mental
potentialities.
In our search for education today, one type
is sometimes slighted . . . religious educa-
tion. Yet in all the fields of learning what
could be more important? Man needs Faith
and a knowledge of his Church if he is to
reconcile so much that is happening in the
world of today with the kind of future he
would like to have. In your reading and
studies, don’t forget religion. There is noth-
ing stuffy about the study of it, nothing dull.
It is as significant as yesterday ... as full
of promise as all tomorrow.
THE CHURCH FOR ALL . . .
ALL FOR THE CHURCH
TFo Church is the greatest (ac-
tor or. earth lor the building of
character and good citizenship. It
is a storehouse of spiritual values
Withoul a strong Church, neither
democracy nor civilization can
survive. There are four sound
reasons why every person should
attend services regularly nrd me
port the Church. They , are (1)
For his own sake (2) For his :
children's sake (3) For the sake
of his community and nation. (4;
For the sake oi the Church itself,
which needs his moral and ma-
terial support. Plan to go to
