Seminole Police Dept.
May 3 -- Officers were dispatched
to Walmart in reference to a theft that
had already occurred. Officers met
with a representative from the store and
learned that an employee had taken
money from the register and given away
merchandise. Investigation is ongoing.
May 5 -- An officer with the Seminole
Police Department were dispatched
to the 300 Block of SW Ave I in refer-
ence to a domestic disturbance. Upon
arrival contact was made with a male
subject. Contact was made with the
female subject also. The female subject
stated that the male subject broke into
her house and hit her. Jose Guadalupe
Espino-Ramirez, 29 of Seminole was
arrested and transported to the Gaines
County Jail and was booked for assault/
family violence.
May 6 — Officers with the Seminole
Police Department were dispatched to
the Wingate Hotel in reference to an
intoxicated mail subject. The caller then
advised the male subject was leaving in
a silver Dodge pickup with a welder on
the back of it. Officer conducted a traf-
fic stop and the driver was found to be
intoxicated. Thomas Ryan Anderson, 27
of Seminole was booked into the Gaines
County Jail for DWI 2nd offense.
May 6 -- Officers were dispatched to
the 100 Block of NW 9th St. in reference
to someone breaking into a vending ma-
chine. Officers met with the complainant
and learned that someone had entered
the machine and removed the money
from inside. Investigation is ongoing.
May 6 -- Seminole Police Officers
met with a subject at the police station
in deference to property damage. Of-
ficers gathered the information and a
report was made. An investigation is
underway.
May 7 -- Semiinole Police Officers
met with a female subject at the Law
Enforcement Center in reference to
identity theft. A report was taken and
an investigation is underway.
