by Zarema Joyce Singson, 20, of
Omar was northbound and ran off

Nicole Elizabeth Jemigan, 17, of
Livingston was driving a 1997
Chevrolet Cavalier southbound
when she took evasive action to
avoid a deer, according to Trooper
Randall Noe. The car went into a
spin, struck a tree, continued on and
struck a culvert, then traveled back
across the road, coming to rest on
an embankment.

Jenugan, who was listed as hav-
ing sustained dob-incapacitating in-
juries, was taken by private vetnete
to the Livingston hospital. She was
cited for expired motor vehicle reg-
istration.
The accident occuned at 12:28
am.
One person was listed as injured
in a two-vehicle accident at 3:45
p.m. Friday on Hwy. 146, 3.3
miles south of Livingston.
A 1998 Dodge Stratus driven by
Priscilla Meyer Bowen, 23, of Vo-
taw was southbound, following a
1988 Nissan Pathfinder dnven by
Jassen Ryan Holse, 18, of Living-
ston. Holse braked to make a left
turn and was struck by Bowen's car,
according to Pitts.
Bowen was taken by ambulance
to the Livingston hospital with
.non-incapacitating injuries. Holse
and a passenger in his vehicle were
listed as uninjured.
Holse was cited for failure to sig-
nal a turn.
A Livingston woman was injured
in a two-vehicle accident at 1:30
p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, on FM
3152, 1.2 miles east of Onalaska.
A 1994 Dodge pickup truck
dnven by John Anthony Com-
miato, 53, of Onalaska was north-
bound, passing a northbound 1988
Cadillac driven by Susan Bayluk
Small, 40, of Livingston. Small at-
tempted to turn left into a private
dnve and was struck by Com-
miato's vehicle, according to
Trooper Darwon Evans.
Small was taken by ambulance to
Memonal Medical Center - Liv-
ingston with non-incapacitating in-
juries. She was cited for turning left
when unsafe.
