R. 25.237(A)(3)(B), it filed with
the Public Utility Commiaeion of
Texas (die 'Commission') on
August 20, 2001 a tariff to im-
plement a revised fixed fuel fac-
tor. All of the Company's Texas
retail customers whose fuel
charges are calculated under the
Company's fixed fuel factor tar-
iff - included but not limited to
Residential, Small General Serv-
ice, Larne General Service, Large
Industrial Power Service, and
Street and Out'

decrease the Company's annual
Texas retail fuel and purchased
power revenues by approxi-
mately $181.2 million, or 29.7%,
on an annual basis. Compared to
the fixed fuel factor approved by
the Commission effective March
2001, a residential customer us-
ing 1000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of
electricity per month would see
an approximate decrease of
12.6% annually, or $11.97 on av-
erage per month, in his/her elec-
tric bin. Amounts collected from
affected customers pursuant to
the revised fixed fuel factor will
be subject to final review by the
Commiaeion in the Company's
next applicable fuel reconcilia-
tion proceeding before
Commission. The Company
