THE BARTLETT TRIBUNE
AND NEWS
A prominent fnrniur remark i
eel to the Courier man one day
this week "Thoy tell us not to
plant cotton but to diversify
with dairy products hogs etc.
I have purchased some good
cows bought a separator and
went to other expense to pro-
duce cream for the market. It
was then selling around 40 cents
a pound and I could make a little
money at the business. But no
sooner than I and I am not
the only one had prepared for
the business the bottom falls
out of the market and cream
is selling at loss than the cost
of production. Not only is this
the case with cream but with
hogs eggs chickens and almost
everything produced on tire
farm."
This man is exactly right.
Jt looks like everything that tho
fanner produces is subject to
some unseen influence which
puts the price up until produc-
tion is fairly under wny then
forces it down to an unprofit-
able' .basis. Alnuvt everything
in this line in perishable and
most of it nrcessitatee some
money lots of time and labor to
produce and when it is ready

a Camel
The pleasure is worth it. There's no sub-
stitute for Camel quality and that mild
. fragrant Camel blend.
The fellow who smokes Camels wants
Camels. That's because Camels have a
smoothness" a fragrance and a mildness you
can't get in another cigarette.
Don't let anyone tell you that any other
cigarette at any price is so good as Camels.
Let your own taste be the judge. Try
Camels for yourself. A few smooth refreshing
puffs and you'd walk a mile for a Camel too.
