A Personal Note from Bob and Ann Pecten
Dear Friends,
It's hard to believe that we are celebrating 25 years as your family
pharmacists!! Some of you have been with us from the beginning, others for
less time and some have just joined our pharmacy family. We want you to
know how much we appreciate all of you and how much it has meant to us to
be a part of your life. We have been through happy times and sad times with
you. We have shared the accomplishments of your children, supported their
youth and sports groups, as well as your church and civic groups. More than
several of you have allowed us to serve grandparents, parents, children,
grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren all in the same family!
Over the years we have always tried to be here for you when you -
needed us: for prescriptions (even in the middle of the night or Sundays), a
special gift or card, advice on non-prescription medicine, answers to all kinds
of questions, help with your children’s school projects, a shoulder to cry on,
even a loan when you needed medicine and the budget would not stretch. In
return, you have been there for us. It has been a great partnership and we
feel that it has been good for all of us.
You have told us that you want a pharmacist who gives personal
service at the best possible price and who puts your family's health first.
You want a pharmacist who will special order hard to find items and stock
your favorite items even if you are the only customer using them. You need a
pharmacist who still delivers free, (even after hours or on the weekends), one
who realizes that many of you want or need to use charge accounts, credit
cards or even temporary I.O.U.’s. We have tried to be that kind of pharma-
cist for you.
These ideas of personal service and genuine concern for our customers
and their families may seem old-fashioned, but we believe that that's what it
means to be a family pharmacist.
Thanks for letting us be your family pharmacists.
Let's keep this great partnership going for another 25 years!!!
