and Mrs. Jay Finger of
Hondo were featured in a
fishing story carried last
month in The Laredo News.
The group had gone to Sugar
Lake in Mexico and happen-
ed to run into Dennis Pichot,
son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J.
Pichot of Hondo, who oper-
ates a sporting goods store
in Laredo. Pichot was there
with the outdoor edit# of
The News, Jerry Zuber. As
a result, the Hondoans were
the principal subjects of

and the fact that The Rock
springs & Nueces Canyon
Telephone Co. of Rock-
springs. Texas, concurs in
Southwestern Bells tariffs
for private line. FX type,
WATS, and long distance,
there exists a possibility
that the Public Utility Com
mission may change those
rates Southwestern Bell has
requested a change in pri-
vate line and foreign ex
change (FXi service rates,
but has not requested a
change in long distance or
WATS rates. The Public
Utility Commission though
may decide to change them

our Company so that you,
our customers, may be
aware of the possibility that
the rates may be changed
